Lady Irang is a chachaoong acquainted with Ignatio and Ella. Very little is known about her but she visits Ignatio on the sly, when Bigak is away, so she could warn him about affiliating with the unstable chachaoongs. Irang very obviously has romantic feelings for Ignatio, frequently fainting or falling when she is near him, but he is completely oblivious to her feelings (despite that it is obvious to Leon).
She appears to have some sort of "seeing" ability, though it is unclear precisely what this ability entails. She dresses in an extremely old-fashioned way and in very ornate clothing, with an elaborate hair-piece and jewelry.
